New Year's day we were expecting Lindsay's cousins and their families over for dinner. Lins wanted to see if we could prepare a Japanese meal. We even cleaned up the apartment.
Amazing how much work goes in to this. We both gained a new respect for our moms.
Lins made (forgive my spelling) Nishime, Edamame rice, Kinpira, Kamuboko, and Ozoni. I made Mochiko Chicken, Yakiniku Steak, Sashimi, and Kanten.
