house hunters

I guess it'd be fair to say hunting's one of our favorite past times. Nothing like tracking down open house signs on a Sunday afternoon.

Here's a few of the Sellwood houses we've targeted.

This one story, has an absolutely massive backyard that leads down to a creek (while nice this might be more yard then we can handle).

While we aren't sold on any house, we like the potential in this one. It's definitely a case where the house looks a lot better when you actually visit it in person (usually it's the other way around).

Other than it being two stories (and out of our price range-in fact not even on the market) Lins said this is what she'd want in a house. It's in Sellwood, has a two car garage, porch, nice stone, good color, and some sense of design to it. We'll see what's actually available once we are working and can qualify for financing.
