We had a chance to affordably (thanks to our entertainment book) check out Ohana, a hawaiian restaurant in northeast Portland. The place was run by a really nice christian couple (Matt & Sandie) from Mililani. Matt even graduated the same year from high school as we did. The food definitely brought back memories of home, though a little more upscale than a plate lunch place (reminded me of the country club where Jedd and Meesh got married).
