A lot more went into these Good Friday tacos than appears. Lins cut both the onion and her thumb, but thankfully after some counsel from her medical team (thanks Al and Derek) Doctor Chau got her bandaged up. As a result I learned how to fry tortillas, make guacamole, and refry black beans.
